Comment: Doors and locks were part of an all aluminum store-front remodel. Lock is activated by turning an inside, on the handle cam that if you pull up on the handle it locks the handle, deadbolt, and two other latching prongs at the top and bottom of the door. This also caused the handle to not be moveable outside. I think these are integrated into the doors. Of three doors replaced only two of the three still work reliably because guests thought when they couldn't get out they were supposed to turn the cam "dead bolt" the other way, which I think has wrecked something inside. To deactivate or unlock the door, you simply pull down on the handle, it unlocks, but because the doors fit so tight, most people don't have the strength to open the door that way, they think, "oh, I better turn the bolt" which is what is normal. Comment: Sliding door lock needs to be replaced with one that uses a key. From door lock set (Baldwin - gold) - door knob with handle and lever on outside & dead bolt. Lever on outside is not operational and dead bolt is getting very difficult to lock from the inside.
