"I noticed there were several wasps flying in and out of my roof eave. I contacted Arkadia Pest Control because they have an A rating and over 100 review on Angie’s List. I requested to have the wasps in my attic exterminated. A technical arrived the following day. The technician explained his plan of attack in detail. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my safety concerns. He was able to quickly locate the nest in the attic. Not only did the technician kill the wasps he removed the entire nest from the attic to dispose of it. At my request, the technician filled the void in the attic with gap filler at no extra change! Arkadia pest control fee includes a 3 month warranty which is generous. If I encounter any pest in the future I will contact Arcadia again."

"They sprayed my kitchen for ants on 20180620 for $239.91 after tax. The guarantee was for one entire year of no ants. I am HAPPY to report that as of today, 20190104, I have not seen a SINGLE LIVE ant in my kitchen. After this treatment, as with all previous pest control services treating me for ants, plenty of dead ants will be seen on my kitchen counter for a week or two. That is to be expected. I WAS skeptical at first how quickly Jersey Pest & Animal Control sprayed. I expected a more thorough spraying. I doubted the promise of no ants for an entire year. However, the evidence so far shows Jersey Pest is right. If no live ants come between today, 20190104 and 2019 June, I'll change my vote from a cautious-4 to a 5! $239.51 for 1 year of pest control sure beats $539 as another service offered for 1 year of pest control, involving 4 sprayings. Because I live in a gated community, I have to keep calling the guardhouse to raise the front gate to let workers in. So, I preferred just a one-time a year over 4 visits per year."

"It is early in the one year contract and the specific pest treatments covered are largely seasonal. Two visits have been made so far including treatments for cave crickets and ants as well as a general diagnostic of infestations. The ant treatment resulted in seeing none in the house which never happened in previous years when no treatments were made. Same with the cave crickets."

"The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.
