I needed some foundation support for a concrete basement in my 70+ year old home. A sump pump and pit was installed where before there was only a floor drain. Advanced offered a great solution for below-ground PVC drainage system from 3 downspouts to clear water more than 10 feet away from my basement walls.
There was an extreme rain event where 4" of rain fell in about 5-6 hours. In addition, during the rain event just after its peak, there was a power outage in the neighborhood for about 2 hours. The seepage was very minor compared to past rain events for drying the floor slabs. Lesson learned: opt for either the battery-backup option on the sump pump or have a battery-powered generator for the major appliances.
Roger and his crew explained the process of the system as they were installing and completed their work in the best and most efficient way. I was very happy with their work ethic and I would highly recommend them.

The men came out right on time and started to work. My house is setting on 14ft of fill! They dug five holes next to the foundation. They had to jack hammer for two days through a lot of rock until they got to the basement footer. Deshon O, Jovann J and Kyle H were the team ready for the task. Iâ m really impressed with the hard work and the team tasked with making my foundation solid again.
Foundation Recovery Systems was right priced and reliable. If I had known it was such a reasonable cost Iâ d have had it done years ago. Iâ ll be recommending them!
