Quick call back. Updated with expected arrival time. Repair person was here within five minutes of expected time. Diagnosed problem in 10 minutes. Repair took 15 minutes. The cost was not anywhere near what I expected. Workman was very courteous. Kept me fully informed and showed me how to self diagnose the problem I had. Great company.

Mike was quick to respond to my inquiry, and Rhonda was pleasant and efficient, too. Guillermo (sp.?) was polite, professional, and friendly. I needed the A/C coil removed, cleaned, then reinstalled. He also installed a UV light light. It was a long, hot job, especially during June in FL, but Guillermo persevered! He is an asset to the Power Works company.
