Eric was my technician with John, the manager. They realized they estimated the job too low but still honored their low bid. They came to replace my main water line. They worked very hard but connected to sprinkler instead of main. They dug more and connected to the main, but the connection leaked, It was okay for one day, then another leak, th.is time the connector on the main. They came and fixed the problem but left the water main 6" high and the two places where they broke and repaired the sprinklercame loose. I called and informed them and was told they don't do sprinklers All in all , they fixed my problem but broke my sprinklers, but I would still use them for future problems due to the integrity of Eric and John.

First ones out, and great service. Reasonable pricing too.

My plumber Ben was professional and friendly, got the job done quickly, and for a reasonable price. I will certainly consider calling him for any future issues.

Repaired gas line leak, quick response, courteous, emailed when they were on their way and picture of who to expect. Would recommend.

I had reached out to a number of plumbers as our pipes burst during a recent freeze. The customer service, quick response and knowledge plumber were the absolutely awesome. I would 100% recommend 800-plumber to anyone. True professionals!

They did a great job and were very nice. They were in and out quickly and cleaned up well.

We needed our gas stove connected to the gas line. The service was executed excellently. They were also very friendly. However, it was very expensive. An hour was quoted for the job at 290/hour. They were ready in 15 min (from coming in the house to leaving, basically it took less than 10 min). I had all the materials and the workplace cleaned and accessible. So i will probably look somewhere else if i have another plumbing job, despite the quality of the work.
