1ST Choice Maintenance and Inspections is DISHONEST! I Hired James and informed him Both my Therapy Dog and myself, being Disabled are Being Treated for poisoning and fiberglass exposure. Safety and Urgency Were Top Priority! I was instructed by an Engineer to purchase and paint 2 Coats of KILZ thickly on the ceiling, allowing 24 hours for drytime in between. James Assured me stating I can do this, stay calm, Trust In God and Let It Go.? He called from Home Depot and used our Credit Card to purchase His Own Supplies, Not Kilz or Any Of What We Discussed, for a 1 Bedroom Apt. Despite Repeated Requests, Still No Receipt of $118 and he Took The Supplies and told me to Buy me a paintbrush, I forgot one.? I told him This is Not What I instructed and You Agreed upon.? He said I need more money and You buy the paint!??...AGAIN?! I also paid him to secure my pin in glass sliding door for Safety and James drilled completely through door frame to outside where the pin can be pushed in from the outside! He never removed the ceiling fan agreed upon. He quoted $400. Total job. $200. Up front. I paid him $200. Then Another $100. He said I need more money.? We Never Waivered from the original work quoted! James texted us I will refund fairly.? We sent him my address...To Date NOTHING RECEIVED! A Two Day Job turned into 2 Weeks of calling in, to us, excuses, leaving early and The work Is Still Not Completed! Its 1 Month now and we are Still having issues with Fiberglass and Safety and Under Medical Treatment for it. DO NOT USE OR TRUST HIM, HE?S A CHEAT!! The Above Statement Is True and Correct, Respectfully, Paula C
