    They did a thorough job but the problem returned in 2-3 months when it should have been 1-2 years. Not their fault, but still.... And the quoted price was much less than the actual; they found other things do do when they got here.

    The quote I was given just got them out there. They will most likely charge you much more.

    Sorry you feel that way Valerie. When we have a customer call in we inform them that the price quoted is for a maintenance cleaning. If your tank has not been cleaned every three to five years and ha more than two feet of sludge and two inches of scum at the top it does not qualify for a maintenance cleaning. We explain this to every customer that calls in as we do not want any of our customers surprised when we get there. Furthermore we explain what the charges after we expose the septic tank and no charges are incurred by the customer without their approval. We also advise our customers that if they think we are charging to much we will cover the tank back up regrade the dirt and leave with no charge to the customer. If there is anything we can do to make this right please don't hesitate to call us. Thanks so much

    Dealing with septic systems is very stressful. With Home Advisor's recommendation and the quick response of 2 Brothers Septic, made the day. Jimmy and Charles were on time, extremely knowledgeable, and very experienced professionals. While I observed the job being done, they were able to give me step by step explanations keeping me unstressed. They were competent and had great empathy, along with top-shelf customer service. Their fee for the service, while not inexpensive, was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

    Excellent and prompt service and knowledgeable crew. We discovered disintegrated baffles in both sides of the tank as well as a flooded drain field (home had been vacant for some time). These were efficiently taken care of by Jimmy and his assistant. Professional and prompt service. (Plus I learned a lot about septic systems!)
