Had a little trouble connecting with Justin initially and day of service. Once he got here, he quickly diagnosed the problem and with little effort repaired the opener without additional parts. I didn't want to buy and install a new opener, so I guess spending $65 for a pro to do it in 30 minutes was pretty good. I would recommend Justin and 2nd Generation Garage Door and Repair to others.

He came to fix one thing, which he did quickly and professionally. But found other things that needed fixed and did those also, equally as well. AND WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Highly commendable, highly recommended.
