Project: Repair an Oil Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
It was such a great pleasure to interact with such a professional as Adam. We have a oil fired (which not to many business want to touch), hot water radiator system and no heat. I called Adam from the HomeAdvisor and he squeezed us in the next day for service. After Adams initial inspection and repair of obvious problems it was found to numerous water leaks from frozen pipes (another company was involved in the HVAC system). Adam from 360 Mechanical gave us a proposal that was less than 1/2 the quote of the other company and Adam would shift his schedule and start the next day. The next Adam and his helper arrived at the appointed time and got started right away. Through the entire process Adam kept me informed as what was going on and his progress. Adam payed close attention to detail, case in point, something did not seem right to him, I could not tell but he made 3 attempts to get it the way he wanted it. Adam stayed until the job was finished about 7pm, but we had heat that night. I had some hot water heater issues, the next afternoon Adam came over and resolved them. Conclusion, Adam gave us the reassurance and peace of mind that our heating system and hot water system reliable and dependably for us.

Adam and his assistant were professional, punctual, and polite. When he called he gave an estimate and a time within 5 minutes of me posting to HomeAdvisor. He called before the appointment time to verify he was on schedule and arrived exactly on time. The job took slightly longer than he estimated,and during the job he constantly communicated what steps he was taking to find a solution. Adam and his assistant were personable, friendly, and focused on the job. When they were done they even vacuumed where they worked inside and left no trace of their presence other than their quality work. I know who I am calling in the future to work on my HVAC. Thanks again 360 Mechanical

I cannot say enough positive things about the professionalism of Adam, the owner of this business. He responded quickly to my request and was able to fix the problem on the spot for an extremely fair price. We had been told we needed to replace the entire system previously but Adam explained the problem and showed us the evidence. For honest, competent service call Adam.
