I called first thing in the morning...they were here within hours. Did a great job on the water heater so I added a few more things that I had been putting off. Professional, helpful and even gave some maintenance suggestions. I'm keeping his card for future jobs and referrals.

I would like to highly recommend Darrell with 3D Plumbing... Fast phone response then Darrell was at my door assessing my situation in no time. We chatted on the phone a bit then he came prepared with options. I asked questions and there was no pressure. I felt he really listened and brainstormed solutions for my particular situation. Before I could blink he had picked up everything needed from the store and it was out with the old and in with my new cute water heater! :-)) He took the time to make sure I knew what gas smelled like since I could not tell if I had had a leak. And he showed me how all the new features worked. As a side note to the ladies: I was alone in the home with Darrell and felt completely comfortable and safe. Zero weirdness. A true gentleman and just a good kind person! Enjoyed our conversation throughout the repair and he shared some great tips as I am new to Texas. Darrell turned what had been a miserable experience of losing hot water when it is cold outside into a pleasant endingâ ¦ So thankful I chose 3D Plumbing!

3D Plumbing is truly a family run business. Darrel is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. His son Chris assists him and is learning very quickly. He is very bright and helpful. He will soon be a fully licensed plumber. Jen, Derrellâ s wife, and Chrisâ s mother, handles the office and phones. They are all very sincere and helpful. I am sick of the big companies that spend a fortune on advertisements and then try to recap that money by making their plumbers salesmen that push unnecessary repairs at very high prices. 3D Plumbing replaced two water heaters in my attic for a fair price much lower than the big firms. And they will drain and maintain them every 6 months for a small fee. So I believe these water heaters will last a long time with no problems. They were on time and pleasant to deal with. I plan on having them replace some faucets soon. Itâ s a good feeling to know you have a reliable, competent plumbing company with fair prices available when future problems arise as they always will.

Jenn, was wonderful to deal with and Darrel did exactly what he said he would do in a professional, timely manner. If needed, I will hire them again!
