The owner and his crew are professional and timely. He kept me in the loop about the timeline. The price he quoted was the price we paid and I value that most. Customer service was phenomenal. Curtis and his crew arrive on time they were dependable reliable any issues me and my wife had, They took care of it right away customer Friendly We went through 20 samples of paint and we finally navigate down to quite a few colors after we put one coat on the bathroom and powder room wall we realize that s not the color we want , Curtis worked with us and recommended we go little bit Lighter and the color was perfect. Highly recommend Curtis and his crew for any job you have in your home to be painted .

Excellent paint job. Had the entire first floor, hall, and stairwell painted. Had multiple colors. Very neat, they did a great job. The painter cam on time everyday and stayed all day only breaking for lunch. I highly recommend them.

Five Star is a definitely appropriate name for this company. From the start, with the presentation on the day of estimating the job until the moment of completion, everything was superior. Curtis and Michael were vigilant overseeing Luis work. They came by several times a day to check that the job was progressing smoothly. Luis was a diligent and talented painter. As one can surmise, we were very happy with our experience with this Five Star company. Their quote was not the least expensive but was worth the expense to get a great experience. 5-Star Painting is a franchise that hires sub-contractors. The sub-contractors had inexperienced employee painters, the employees went from having 4 employees the first day to having 1 employee painting (a few days there were 2). It took 6 weeks to paint the house. The employees were dropped off but not picked up til hours after they cleaned up for the day so they just sat around. There is so much more that contributed to the horrible experience that cannot be said here.

I have no reply except to apologize again for the situation and the outcome. Between the contractor and the almost constant rain, it was one of the most difficult projects I have encountered and one that I will not soon forget. I did bring in another contractor but it was too late to make up for the previous work ethic. That contractor is no longer associated with us. We are not in business to disappoint our clients, again all I can say is that I am sorry.
