Did excellet cleaning and pressure washing services around my house they cleaned all my siddings, driveway and roof they also put an Anti Fungas treatment on all the exterior of my house and its never been cleaner! I give them 5 star on the price the work ethic and efficiency

We Hired Patrick and He's Team and we are very impressed with the work they done on our house they installed new steps on the front of our house and also installed a new Ashphalt driveway, we got recommended by a friend of ours who used Patrick before and he's Team didint disappointed! We will look to hire them again in the future.

I needed my garage floors ( 21' x 23') and backyard patio pavers ( 20' x 21') to be sealed, the latter after pressure washing and applying matching polymeric sand. I contacted a few businesses online including putting my request on Home Advisor. Patrick of Diligent Paving and Masonry called me soon after my request on Home Advisor. He came to my place a few hours later and gave me a written estimate of $2,000 for the job with a five year warranty for his work. I accepted even though it was higher than other estimates. He also agreed to seal a small concrete pad ( 30" x 30") and seal two small caps on the two pillars outside. Patrick was polite and quite organized. He came the very next day and completed all the work. He told me not to park in the garage for the next four days. After four days, I parked my car inside and was surprised that the paint began to peel where my car tires were standing. Immediately I called him and sent him the pictures and he said he will come and take a look. I texted him one last time the following day. It is a week since I have contacted him and there is no response from Patrick. Despite his promise of a five year warranty for his work, he has not come to fix the floor. I like to support small businesses but I am disappointed that Patrick of Diligent Paving and Masonry has not kept his word.

The project was top notch. Anthony and Patrick from the first phone call to the finish line were there every step of the way. They explained every detail they were going to do and delivered. Arrived on time and worked until completion. We were more than satisfied, they exceeded our expectations. We already hired them to come back for a roofing job. Donâ t hesitate to call them for your next job.

This company are a very helpful and friendly team. They provided a very professional service and I have no problem recommending them They repaired my Ashpalt driveway and put a sealant coat on it and filled the cracks and it looks amazing.
