757 Contracting

I'm only giving Justin and his team 5 stars because I couldn't find a way to give a higher score. A tenant had caused some damage to a rental property, and we also wanted to refresh/upgrade the kitchen and bathrooms. We were on a time crunch to try and get it fixed up and re-rented as quickly as possible. 757 Contracting replaced the countertops, cabinets and sink in the kitchen, the vanities and mirrors in the bathrooms, fixed all of the problems the tenant had caused, and put a fresh coat of paint throughout. We are out-of-town landlords, and the communication from the team was outstanding. They were able to work us into their schedule around other jobs and completed all of the work almost two weeks ahead of their initial proposed completion date. Our property manager said the place looks and shows like new. Highly recommended.

It seemed every step forward in the project came with two steps backward. Justin is a nice guy (1st star), but his lack of experience is evident. His subcontractors were subpar and needed constant communication and education on how to finish tasks properly and on time. He was willing to fix mistakes but did not have the foresight or awareness to prevent them. He did eventually finish the project (2nd star), but I will not use him again. Maybe worthy of working on cheap rentals, but not a home you want to see a quality result.

We hired 757 Contracting to convert our screened in porch to an all season room. The contractors had great communication, showed up on time, and the room is exactly what we wanted.

My experience with Justin and his team could not have been better. From start to finish Justin was on top of everything. He scheduled work in a timely manner and was always there checking to see how things were going. The team of workers that he used were excellent from the cabinet people to the plumbers to the electrician to the tile man. Couldnâ t have asked for a more professional, dedicated company. I would not hesitate to recommend 757 Contracting Company to anyone.

The overall project came out amazing ', but there were a few bumps along the way. First of all my hardwood floors wasn't protected while removing a wall. Some of the pieces of sheetrock scratched my floors. When putting the sheetrock back up the installer poured the dirty', rocky sandy water in my bathtub and clogged my lines causing my washer to overflow, not once but twice. It also left sand and dirt in my bath pillow and mat, so I had to throw them away. The countertops were not on schedule which caused the project to run over the projected finish date. However, with every occurrence once we made Justin Jackson, owner aware of the problems they were rectified immediately, or as soon as possible thereafter. It was a real pleasure working with him to get my kitchen remodeled. I would definitely use him again and I would most definitely recommend him to others. Overall, Justin and his team were professional, courteous', polite, and respectable.

Justin and his team were amazing! We needed our master shower redone due to water damage, and I ended up with a dream shower at a fair price! They were all so friendly, polite, clean, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I’m so happy with the whole process and have already recommended them to our entire neighborhood!

Justin and his team did a great job on 2 bathrooms for me. From start to finish great communication and quick service. Next up master bathroom.
