After I entered my search, 9-1-1 phoned me before I got off the Home Advisor website. Dave, one of the owners, was at my house within the hour even though this was not an emergency and did not charge extra for weekend service. He showed and explained to me everything he did. The charges were reasonable but he also gave me a senior discount off the entire bill. He is very professional and friendly. Definitely 5+ star service.
