didn't take time to go under house like he should

If our technician were taking samples only for the inside and was not asked to look under the house he may not have known that the customer wanted him to do a full inspection of the check crawl space. This may have only been a miscommunication. If we had known this, we would have sent him back to satisfy the customer. We strive to do good work and satisfy our customers.

My wife is very sensitive to mold and we called AES to conduct air sample test of our house. Ken was very knowledgeable and explained all the details of the testing procedure. He conducted the test properly and in a timely manner. The next day he called with the news of the test and told me the full report was in the mail. I received a professional and easy to understand description of all the particles of mold in our house compared to the outside air which helped the allergist determine what my wife is sensitive too. I highly recommend to use AES.

The process was performed by skilled and knowledgeable gentlemen who walked me through the entire process and verbalized their findings. The written report was professional, concise, easy to understand and can be used to pinpoint repair needs. If allergies are involved, the contents of the report can give your doctor an idea of how to treat your symptoms.
