No contract in writing. It was wrong on 1st visit and charged $89.00. He told me to buy a new microwave. I called a second repair center, and I was told of a different repair (switch). I called A1 and told them of this find, and he said he would order parts and fix them. When the parts came in, he called and gave me a price of 0f $169.00 to fix. He was supposed to come on Monday and never showed up for the repair. I called him, and he said 1 part did not come. When he finally came, he repaired and wanted to charge me $270.00. I was very upset with him, and we settled on $200.00. After he left, you to have to close the door hard for the microwave to work.
