    Called me within seconds of clicking send. Did a good job of explaining the problem and the fix, as well as future problems that can occur. Deducting one star because the door opens with a loud clunk now that it didn't before (I think because of the springs being tightened). I also expected them to clean & lube the tracks but he didn't. Certainly nothing that bothered me enough to want to call them back to look at it again.

    Please call us with any Questions or concerns. If we are unable to answer/solve problems over the phone we will come back out and fix /or explain the problem.There is a one year warranty on aour work unless otherwise noted.The clunking sound could be a lot of different thing and should be looked at. The trackes arent suposed to have lube.tracks and rollers should be replaced if track is lubricated

    Outstanding provider of product and service at the best price! We received quotes from 4 different vendors for basically the same product. AAAA Quality was by far the best price, and offered more information regarding the type of belt drive to install. Installation was on time, clean & professional. When a slight defect was noticed by Darren (owner/installer?), he brought it to our attention and returned within 2 days to completely re-install.....because he is "4AAAA Quality"! We highly recommend!

    We spoke at 9 AM or so and, after some discussion, they presented estimates for either repair or a new installation. They arrived around 2PM, finsihed the work to perfection in about 1-1/2 hours and the charges were spot on the estimate. Couldn't be happier with the experience.
