I hired them to cut down a tree and grind the stump. They cut the tree fine but hired a sub to grind the stump. They never scheduled the sub until I called them to complain. After another week the sub came but only ground half the stump. When I complained they initially said they would come back to finish but later came up with several conflicting excuses as to why they couldn’t. These excuses did not make sense or stand up to scrutiny. The final straw was when they called and characterized my complaints as “running my mouth “ which I found rude, disrespectful and unprofessional . I ended up having to take care of the stump myself.

  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
