For some strange reason, a group of critters fell in love with my attic space and turned it into their own private recreation area. A.A. Acosta provided a competitive estimate and prompt service... repairing the roof, replacing shingles, repairing the eves (where the intruders had chewed nicely-protected entrances and exits), and cutting down branches that were used for easy roof access. A.A. Acosta has been incredibly responsive, returning whenever the unwanted guests came back here for their family vacations... multiple times. A.A. Acosta - now on speed dial.

He came over fairly quickly to give me a quote. He seemed knowledgeable and gave me a fair quote so I accepted. We agreed on a date for him to start the work. I asked for the quote and job scope in writing. I never got the quote in writing despite several attempts to remind him. He asked me to have the electric wires covered before the job started which I did. He never showed up on the day he promised and after several weeks I called him and he said he took a big job and wouldn?t be able to help me until thanksgiving. When I called around that time, he never even responded to my text. I called him recently, to give him another chance. He asked for my address, I told him when I?d be home but he never showed. Angi should take him off their list for homeowners as he seems more interested in commercial jobs and doesn?t treat people right.

A tree fell and damaged the corner of my roof. They did excellent work. You can't even tell where the roof has been repaired. Even touched up the paint on the siding. Cost was very reasonable, best of the 4 quotes I received. Great job!
