    A-Advanced was assigned by our home warranty company to replace our HVAC system. On day one they brought the wrong exterior unit, couldn't get the thermostat to work and the exterior temperature sensor still doesn't work correctly. After the system was installed, they told us the HVAC wasn't running efficiently and we had a gas leak somewhere. After multiple "diagnostic" trips to my place and enough soapy water sprayed to fill a bathtub and they couldn't find a leak. We had another HVAC company come in and they found and fixed the leak in 15 minutes...at the pressure gauge installed by A-Advanced. With A-Advanced we had 3 failed inspections and had to pay for them out of pocket. A-Advanced also did not know the parameters of the pressure test, they told us it was a 12-hour test when actually it was a 30-minute test. Once new HVAC contractor made repairs we passed inspection on the first attempt.

    The job was installing 2 new heating and air units outside and air handlers in the garage and closet areas. The techs that came out kept me informed of each step. They were on time and professional in their manners. They took their time to explain what they were doing and showed me the units being installed. The techs were very respectful in taking care of my property and personal space. They made sure they cleaned up not only inside but outside as well. The installation was outstanding with no issues. The 3 techs made sure my units were done correctly and properly the first time. They made sure the system was up and running and working properly before they left. They explained how to operate the new thermostats and made sure I had all the information booklets and papers. I had questions and THEY LISTENED. Unlike others who just brush you off. The 3 techs made this transition of my units flawless. I was so worried and they assured me they will take care of everything... Especially when this is a huge investment and the most important part of your home... I would recommend them highly and hope you make the right choice as well.

    Dean and James came out to fix my A/C issue ..... leaking and not cooling my upstairs. They immediately diagnosed the problem (clogged drain, low freon and build-up on my coils). They worked great together and their prices are very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

    My point of contact with the company was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to text him pictures of our very old boiler system and he was able to determine he could have a solution for us. The price was very reasonable. His work is guaranteed for a year.
