The technician was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain what he was doing. I was confused by the service visit being listed as $39.00. However, I was charged $49.00. When I asked about it, I was told they waved the service fee and only charged the diagnostic fee. A diagnostic fee was not listed on Home Advisor. I strongly believe the exact price for them to come and determine the problem should not be two fees. One listed price is all there should be. I feel like Home Advisor does not fully inform the consumer of the facts. I believe A & A Electric use different terminology in order to charge $10.00 more than what was listed.

Serviceman was friendly and professional. He did very good diagnosis and repair work. I thought the diagnosis cost was fair but the price for installing replacement outlets was overpriced.

This electric company called ahead. They showed up, diagnosed the problem, and stayed to fix it the same day. They called the next day to see if we were satisfied with the job.

The technician called ahead and showed up on time. He was very pleasant and explained the process he was using to trace the problem and correct it. My only complaint was that he didn't clean up before leaving. Overall, very satisfied with his work. Mission accomplished!
