I had my own engineering report and they were supposed to do exactly as the report showed. Unfortunately, when I checked on them they dug it in the wrong place. They did not push down any piles and when I showed them the pictures of how many piles they brought in and how many were left when they finished the job, their explanation was "that's why we have a lifetime warranty". There was always an explanation for the problems they had and they never admitted to mistakes they made. I had the engineer come back to reevaluate and it turns out they did not lift the house enough. When I asked them to lift it more they mentioned that the floor cannot take it. In the end, they broke my garage door and one interior door, but they fixed those. I told him I will not give you a good review and he was okay with it. I will not use them and will not recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend! Great work ethic! Personnel communicated with us thoroughly on what we wanted and what they were going to provide to ensure our expectations were met. We had foundation issues with water ingress into our house following a massive hurricane. Personnel came out several times, free of charge, to help us find the root problem in order to determine the best solution. Crew installed a French Drain to stop the water leakage. Quality of work was excellent at reasonable price!
Response by A Best Foundation Repair: Hey James! Thank you for your review, we appreciate your business!

I hired them for foundation repair. I can not speak about their foundation leveling quality they performed because I didn't see or know enough about this. But after the team raised/leveled foundation of our house, they just dumped dirt where they dug out from the underground to the sides of the house along the foundation line, without proper grading and slope in order to drain water away from foundation. And they refused to add new grass back on the dirt. After adding 4-5 inches of extra dirt on top of existing grass area along the foundation line, one side shifting standing water to my neighbor property, and the other side with standing water at low spots. I had to hire other professional drainage guys to fix the surface drainage issues and help fix the broken sprinklers the foundation guys damaged. The foundation team did tried to come back to repair, but they didn't understand what is the grading requirement, and they didn't know how to correctly fix sprinkler heads or line leak, which made the situation even worse. My drainage guy even told me he would not recommend this company for foundation repair after he saw such a mess of poor quality job, which caused him a lot of extra work to try to fix and clean up. So be careful of hiring them. Make sure the supervisor and the team understand the basic requirements. I was having trouble to communicate because the team on site doesn't speak English and the project supervisor is too young without any experience to understand how to fix sprinkler and how the grading is required. Overall, the job is done, but I am very unhappy for this experience. Hope their foundation lifetime warranty will stay valid and work in future.
Response by A Best Foundation Repair: Hello Ping, I am sorry that you are disappointed with the work that was by done our team. However, the dirt was placed where you requested, due to the weather it can cause the dirt to be placed unproperly, our team was supposed to go back to your house to do the finishing touches of work. We tried to get in contact with you about the best time and date, but you were ignoring our calls and emails because of the Chinese New Year. The sprinklers were not entirely our fault as there was one that was already needing fixtures. On the contract it states that we are not responsible for the grass, trees and bushes. I can assure you that the supervisor is young but has years of experience. You never gave us the opportunity to fix the problem, you called another contractor.

The building was not leveled hardly at all they stated just to stablize and was told 31 holes got maybe 20 or 21 did not get what we really paid for hired them because it was a BBBapproved but watch out not all true had lots of trouble to lay out floor tile not even noticeable of foundation work had to use lots of cement to level out
Response by A Best Foundation Repair: Good Morning (consumer name withheld per their request) We went through your records and it shows we also gave you a quote for resurfacing your floor after we did the piling installation and you never mention anything about the situation to our guys. We had to remove and demo the tile also apply wood inside your home because it was very decay. We leveled as much as we could we were suppose to come back and resurface the concrete and additionally you also decided to go with another company which that was your decision. Our company did install all 31 pilings that we provide and you sign the contract for. You did not inform the estimator, foremen or project manager nor
