My AC went out in early July. I noticed a blown fuse and tried several times to reset with no luck. So we called AC Goodier they got here a few hours later, which was great. The tech was nice enough, he reset the breaker and the AC came on. He said our outside pull needed to be replaced, which I did myself because he said that was not a service he could perform. 2 days later AC died again the same symptoms. We called a different AC company who also responded promptly, similar results except the tech said this is not normal and started checking our unit with a voltmeter. Turns out there was a short in the wire running from the pull to the unit. He fixed it in about 15 minutes, AC work is great. Total cost $115, then a couple of days later I got a bill from Goodier for $98 Wow! $98 to reset a breaker and give a half-assed diagnosis when the actual fix cost $115. I will never use them again not worth the time or $$.

We arrived at our home and the a/c was not working. It was over 90 degrees inside the home. He called around 7:05 am (which we didn't mind due to it being so hot). Ben was at our home by 7:20 and a fuse was blown. He was done by 7:35 and he even checked our freon just in case that may be an issue later in the season. Reasonably priced for being able to be cool on these hot days. Thank You!

I've used them for 14 years and I haven't had any issues with them. They do great work and I have nothing bad to say about them.
