Yhis gentleman was very pleasant, but very slow, very expensive, only completed repair 1 of 3 jacks for $210 /90mins work!

"First the wiring in her home was not working at all in the locations they wanted me to look at second they asked me to just get the bedroom up and running and then if I had time for me too do the others but the gentleman of the home said just the one in the bedroom would be fine. That they were going to use wireless phones so don't worry about the other locations We even told them if they decided to get the other jacks fixed we would give them a discount next time should they decide to repair them. As far as we know we parted on good terms but I guess they had other ideas and never discussed them with us. Also I don't think they understand how phone wiring works and how it's terminated within the home as everything was spliced so many times and there was not enough wire in the jack so we had to extend new wiring from the jack. I believe this is a case of the customer does not fully comprehending how hard we work to get our job done but if your wiring was not done correctly the first time it takes us longer to figure out whats going on and how to fix it. we even called them to see if there were any issues after reading the review I was shocked, please look at our other ratings you will see we are professional, courteous, and we pride ourselves on our work. We Always strive to make the customer happy."

I'm an electrical engineer and have done considerable network wiring, but was not able to install 2 additional network cables myself because of work constraints. Martin was able to come up the next day, and after working with him for a short while I was very glad that I had hired him. About a year ago I had additional insulation and foam caulking added to my attics for energy efficiency. I had no idea how difficult this change would make adding in the new network cables. Martin enlisted my help to make the job go more quickly, and as we worked together I was quite impressed at all of the tricks of the trade he employed to locate a path for the network wires and to get a complex routing done. Now I'm set up so that if I ever need to add additional network wiring, I can use his string pull method to easily add them myself. Martin was quite professional, obviously very experienced, easy and friendly to work with, and quite creative / sharp. At no additional cost, he brought in one of his employees to help button up at the conclusion, and she was also very professional and commented on how she had learned a lot from Martin and he set a great example for all of the employees in his business. I'd hire Martin (or anyone from his firm) back in a heartbeat, and would certainly recommend them for any simple to complex network setup.

I hired this company for a security camera install. I was told the job would be done in a day, and it ended up taking 12+ hours over 2 days, and cost $1600 (I talked the price down from $2000). I was given no quote up front, and ended up basically working as an apprentice for the installer in order to try to get the work finished quickly. One camera cable was faulty, and I ended up finishing the installation myself so as to not have them return. The install ended up with cables visible everywhere, not a clean install by any means, but I couldnt ask him to try to fix it for fear of doubling the time and cost. Please save yourself some headache and look elsewhere.

"First off the cabling was not ours and and we did not supply any materials. This customer had hard ceiling so very little access to pull the cabling through and he wanted to use the cabling that came with the cameras so we had to re-pull the cabling Which took longer than anticipated. We also had to drill new holes and fire caulk them. We informed this customer that it would take longer due to the extra work. His cabling was bad so we had to troubleshoot this. It is unfortunate that he chose to purchase his equipment from Costco or Sam's in our opinion we did our best to satisfy this customer even offering to lower his bill. Please for future reference understand your in a business environment and purchasing sub par equipment or low end equipment can cost you in the long run you end up depriving your business of quality cameras. We did our best to help but the customer insisted on certain things that added time to the overall job."
