They were prompt and arrived the next day. They did the work early in the week and it was done in one day. There were 4 or 5 excellent workers. They worked together on the big tree, then they all worked on different trees and then they cleaned up. They were fast. I am extremely pleased with their work and my neighbors liked the result as well.

I had a challenging tree problem, and AC achieved perfect results in one morning. There was a large tree at the top of a steep hillside, which was intertwined with a wrought-iron fence and two smaller trees. Thick roots ran across the ground and under a concrete patio. AC removed the big tree and a small one, and trimmed the other small one. They left no stumps nor visible roots, and filled the ground so that no trace of the former trees remained. They were very courteous too.

Elvira is great to work with. She and her team showed up on time, were fast/efficient. Job was done much quicker than I expected. After grinding the stumps they took the time to remove some roots around PVC pipes. (Elvira let me know beforehand that they would repair any PVC that got damaged - none did.) Price was already competitive, but they gave me a 10% senior discount. Will hire again without a doubt.

I hired AC Tree Service back in July to trim a palm tree. Alberto and his wife did a fabulous job. But I have had two appointments with them since and they have failed to show up to my home. Not even a phone call or text to let me know they couldn't arrive. I am not happy waiting for someone all day TWICE. I'll hire someone else next time.
