A Clean Sweep, Inc.

Two lovely ladies, but definitely NOT a post-construction crew which I specifically asked for. I was way overcharged for what was accomplished. This was a residential clean-up after sanding of wood floors - layers and layers of sanding dust everywhere - also specified. I was working right alongside these ladies, so saw first hand how some of the cleaning was being done - I saw a wave of a rag over our wood bin in front of the fireplace.. Still caked with dust on the inside. Two light fixtures were never touched, baseboards were never touched. Kitchen light/fan was "cleaned" as an afterthought and was left with dust still on the main part of the unit. Oak stairs and the half of floors that had not been sanded should have been cleaned with a bucket of water and wood cleaner. Although I did not see a bucket of water or how the floors were cleaned, I do think the floors and stairs were sprayed with something rather than actually washed, which made them extremely slippery. I had to re-wash all of it. This was definitely a routine residential cleaning, NOT a post construction cleaning. $180 down the drain. Live and learn.

Their customer service is great! Every time I called, I never got a recording as someone always answered the phone. Their prices are fair and comparable.

They came for the first time this week. My showers look amazing!

the service I received from this vendor was totally unacceptable. They charged me $135.00 and did not do at least half the work. When I tried to work something out with the owner, Karen, she hung up on me, before she insuated that my house was unusually filthy and that's why they could not complete their job, which it is not! Everthing I have in there is brand new. They did not wash the bedroom windows which was part of the service that was to be provided and they left the throw rugs piled up without being shaken out or vacummed in addition to leaving a bag of garbage on my dining room table. They were supposed to do a deep cleaning and not only did they not vacuum my bedroom, they did not clean the kitchen sinks. microwave or stove

I'm not satisfied with my experience. I scheduled the cleanining at 9:00AM, I scheduled the village, to do the final read on my water services at 1:00PM. Well, the man was more than 2 1/2 hours late. He started at almost 12:00PM and really screwed up my schedule. I had to resachedule the water read. I couldn't turn in the keys to the place until the water services were finalized.I had to hold the keys a few extra days due to this. Also I was told that there would be a discount if there was no furniture to be moved, well there wasn't. Not happy

They Quoted us one price over the phone and then charged us another later! Horrible customer service. Actually started yelling at me over hte phone. Do not use these people!! Can't believe they are still being recommended. Plan on filing a report with the better business bearu!

The first time they came to clean it was ok. The second time they came to clean it was two different ladies and was done perfectly!!! I've requested the same ladies for the future. I hope the first time was rare. I've also had my carpets cleaned by the company and they did a great job. I would definately recommend them... Thank you, Cathy Williams

We've hired them however they are not scheduled to be at property until later this week. They have been very accomodating thus far. Thanks.
