Excellent customer service from their office representative. Amanda was the deciding factor in helping me to choose ADR. The owner is very professional and hands on with his employees. What a good experience with this co. I used another paver company and did not receive the level of job and people assistance.

I could not be happier with the work that ADR Services did at my home. Reis, his guys, and the job they did were exceptional. The project ended up costing more than the quote given, but ADR Services honored the quoted amount at no additional charge to me. I am extremely happy with ADR Service work and commitment to their customer. I wholeheartedly recommend ADR Services. The company is the best.

Not worth talking.

ADR comes through the right to answer this review to say that it considers and respects the opinion of all its clients, however regarding this review in particular we were surprised by this score for not finding consistency in it, since the client himself at the end of the work showed a profound appreciation for the completion of the work in all its aspects, including the communication and punctuality of the ADR company. Client reports the video testimony that he dream came true through ADR. He did not show any kind of dissatisfaction, and none about any problem that may have caused such discontent.

From my first contact with Reis to the moment the crew left my home the interactions with ADR were extremely positive. I was given detailed specifications as to what the job entailed, all my questions were quickly answered, the work crew were courteous, friendly and efficient.
