John evaluated the work needing to be done on my house. Most of it we had done, plus some other things that came up. He put in a railing and painted it, fixed numerous things that needed repair in the house, and made excellent recommendations where necessary. He did all the work quickly, very well, and at a very good price. I found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. He is now my go-to person for any problems.
