Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
What a pleasure to work with this Company! From the 1st prompt phone call to discuss initial estimate, there was constant communication throughout the whole process. Workers arrived on time daily to install 850 sf of porcelain woodlike plank tile throughout my home. Precision cuts with grouting and cleanup makes my home look spectacular! I will recommend Daniel & his team to my friends and family.

Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
I m very particular and it took me a while to find the right person to do my home renovation. The first question I asked Daniel was if he was licensed and insured which he was. He had amazing communication with me throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable and assured that everything would be OK. His team that he hires is incredible. The tiling came out beautiful. I also redid my bathrooms And they did an amazing job. They are now my go to contractors and I would recommend them to all of my friends for any renovation.

He remodeled my whole condo. Daniel was professional. He explained how everything would happen and it did. We did all our correspondence through emails I wasn't even in town. They are dependable, and trustworthy.

Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
I hate being the negative review, but after being helped by so many other reviewers in the past, I felt obligated to share my experience with Daniel/ANC Reno. I started working with Daniel/ANC Reno in November 2018 as I hired Daniel to do all the tile for a newly built two-story addition. I liked him immediately. Although his estimate was on the high side, he was responsive, courteous, and seemed very honest so I gave him the job. We had a delay with the drywall installation, so we agreed to proceed with tile installation upstairs and just cover and protect the finished tile to keep progress going. About 20% into the upstairs, the crew was unable to complete the work for reasons unknown and he brought in a different crew to continue. The work appeared to be good so I wasnâ t overly concerned. We received word that the drywall team was ready to start the next day so although I had not a chance to see all the newly installed tile (about 50% complete at this point), I asked Daniel to have his crew apply the protective material so we could take advantage of the drywall teamâ s availability. By this point, we were two weeks into the work relationship and had gained trust in Daniel as he always followed up on anything needed. So when he asked if I could pay him in full with the understanding he would complete the remaining 10% as soon as we were complete with drywall and paint, I did not hesitate. When we resumed with the tile, Daniel brought yet another new crew but had to leave town for a planned family vacation. I told him not to worry as I would give any necessary feedback to the new team myself as needed. While he was gone, the painters finished upstairs and I had the protective material removed. As I began to inspect more closely, however, I started discovering a number of â hollowâ tiles that were installed with insufficient thinset. I then inspected a 3rd level loft and discovered that 50% of those tiles either had hollow areas or were actually loose. Danielâ s current tilers (3rd new crew) who were currently working downstairs came up to inspect and quickly assessed the issue to be insufficient thinset in the installation. After Danielâ s vacation, he was not able to return to town as he had a family emergency to tend to out of state. He assured me he would take care of it when he got back into town. Given the downstairs was close to being completed, he asked if his parents could come by to pick up the second to last installment which I regrettably provided. It was then that things got weird. First, he stopped responding to my texts or answering my calls. Then I was approached by the main guy of Danielâ s 3rd tile crew who told me he could not come back as Daniel had stopped paying him and stopped taking his calls and blocking his texts which he showed me. After a few unsuccessful tries at contacting him, he finally responded to one of my texts and said he couldnâ t talk but that he would be back in town that next Monday and resolve things. Wanting to give him the benefit of the doubt, I said fine. That Monday came and went and I had no luck getting a hold of him throughout that day, or the next day, or the next day after that. In fact, after almost two weeks of minimal communication outside of a couple promises to â fix thingsâ , he never communicated back despite numerous attempts to contact him. In short, I ended up having to pay off his last crew myself well beyond what I owed Daniel to complete the work and avoid a lien. Plus, I had to pay them to fix all the issues from Danielâ s first two crews costing me an additional $2700. In all, I have no one to blame for myself for paying upfront on incomplete work plus not requiring partial lien releases along the way as I was swayed by Danielâ s seemingly trustworthy personality.

Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
ANC Reno, LLC stood by their word and completed my home flooring project within my tight schedule deadline. They did a very quick tile demolition and removed all of my old tiles, and did a BEAUTIFUL job installing my new tile floors. Also, they even worked straight through the holidays and weekends to ensure my home project stayed on track! Lastly, the workers were respectful and trustworthy, I never had to worry while they were working. Danny maintained great communication from start to finish.
