Once we put the inquiry on home advisor ANG started blowing our phone up. Paul from ANG talked me into having one of their inspectors come out for $100 and inspect our home. The inspector was a guy named Brian from a different company called WLF and his whole inspection was looking at it and saying yup, that s asbestos. No air samples or any samples were taken at all. He points out we also have vermiculite and he could take care of both the next day. We live in the house with our 4 children so we decide to just do it. We agree to pay half then and later. The invoice said August 30th I believe. The next day he shows up and in the middle of removing the asbestos, he asks if he can use the restroom. We say yeah. He gets done and says hey I found some here in the bathroom I m gonna get it and while my wife and I watch he proceeds to start prying on a vent wrapped in asbestos with his bare hands, no mask. After about two minutes of this, he asks for a cup of water to pour on it. We get to the end of the day and he shows me some stuff he missed and that he would knock $75 off my bill if I did it myself because he had a long drive. He then gets my wife to pay him the remainder of his bill while I m in the basement trying to figure out how I m going to do this. We have found even more that he has missed since then but now that we have paid him all his money we can not get him to come back.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work completed. The owner of the company was at the jobsite and was very thorough and professional at explaining everything that was going to be done. The crew that performed the work were very friendly and worked hard. The crew had removed 450 sq feet of carpet, tile, and mastic. At the end of the day, my basement floor looked very clean. The crew showed me pictures at various stages of the job to show how they removed the asbestos and how safe they were at containing the asbestos in the air. I highly recommend this company. Thank you fellas!
