THE CABINETS THAT WERE REFACED CAME OUT PERFECT; ALL PROMISES THAT WERE MADE CAME TRUE. I WOULD RECOMMEND LEN TO ANYONE THAT WAS INTERESTED IN A SUPERB JOB. THE WORK WAS DONE DURING THE COVID - 19 TIME AND ALTHOUGH THE JOB TOOK LONGER IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT..THE PRICING WAS THE BEST OUT OF SEVERAL OTHER I INQUIRED ABOUT . THE KITCHEN LOOKS GREAT... GOOD JOB THANK YOU

In spite of the inevitable bumps in the road for a project like this, Len makes sure it is finished correctly and to your satisfaction.

Great customer service

Len told me right from the get go that he wouldn t be the cheapest but after getting other estimates he did turn out to be the cheapest. However his being the cheapest did NOT affect the quality of the work. My new cabinets are beautiful and I love them! Len kept in touch with me on a regular basis during the building process and it did not take as long as he said it would to build them. He also worked with me when it came to the payment process. I very much appreciated this. I would highly recommend Len and his company and I will probably be calling him to redo my pantry sometime in the future.

We had all of our cabinet doors replaced and new drawers made as well as replaced the drawer hardware. Leonardo did a great job installing the cabinets doors and drawers in our kitchen. He was great about fixing some issues identified initially without any problems. My kitchen looks brand new again.

After reading wonderful reviews we hired Perfect Closet and met Len. After speaking with him we expected nothing but excellence. It took a few weeks to get our doors ready and that was expected. I must say Len was extremely prompt and courteous each time he was here. The actual door craftsmanship was excellent. The installation was another story. For as skilled as he claimed to be the installation of the veneer finishes is certainly not what I was expecting. And surely not good after the job clean-up either. Len had to return one time to replace a --bubbled-- veneer piece and rather than replace the whole piece he just splice a new piece. Later we realized that 3 of the drawers and two of the door handles were drilled crooked and installed poorly. Again Len was called, and he returned to repair and had to make two new doors which took another two weeks or so. When he came to install the corrected items we had him replace the spliced veneer with the correct part. When he was finished mounting the doors he still did not drill and install the new knobs and handles whereupon I asked why he told me he was not drilling and mounting them and that I should do it. Why I asked, he said what if I screw it up again. Well is not that why I hired a --professional-- wood worker? Needless to say I did it and was not happy at all. We paid over $7000 for this job expecting super quality workmanship. Not excuses and DYI. Again the doors were made beautifully but the quality ends there.

Len did a fantastic job! This was a kitchen cabinet refacing with new doors, adding crown moldings, and hardware. He was timely in every way from responding to the initial inquiry on Home Advisor, through the assessment, providing quotes for the work with multiple options, keeping me informed about installation timing, and the installation itself. He was prompt, courteous, and respectful. He listened to what I wanted and offered reponses to address my requests. He respected my budget and offered suggestions to keep the project in budget. When it came to the actual work he was organized, got in and done in 2 days with virtually no clean up left behind. I would recommend Len and his business, Perfect Closets and Cabinets, to anyone with a kitchen refacing project.

Lenard exceeded my expectations! He delivered a high-quality product (refaced all my kitchen cabinet doors and drawers)--workmanship, finish, hardware. Combine all that with a great personality--easy to work with, aims to please, and kept tweaking the placement of knobs to my crazy eyes, and installed when we agreed to.

Project completed yesterday....on time...on agreed to budget...love the quality of the work AND, he was a joy to have in the house to boot VERY SATISFIED
