    Prompt, professional. Courteous. Great communications, gave quote over the phone. I had to pay a $35 "trip fee". Wasn't too keen on that, but they did GREAT work installing my new phone line and jack. Cleaned up afterward and restored everything. Would definitely recommend and I'm thinking about having them do another job for me with my 5.1 system.

    They installed a 4 camera Internet DVR security system for me and did a great professional job. They were great to work with from presales all the way until and after the installation was completed. A+ helped me identify the system to do the right job for my needs. I give them an A+++++

    Showed up on time, did not rush the job, very thorough, and explained what he wanted to do before he did. I liked that, as I had a few other things in mind, but after talking with the installer, I saw that he was right in what he wanted to do. Everything looks excellent, and works great. Also, went ahead and linked my remotes for me, which was above and beyond what he was supposed to do. I highly reccomend them and will use them again. I can not forget to mention, they were much cheaper than others.

    This company is very thorough. The installer came out, fixed the cable company's mistakes, installed 4 ceiling speakers, set up my surround sound, and also cleaned up after the install. I would recommend A+ Cable Runners to friends and family.
