Whatever you do, DO NOT hire this company!!! I had A+ property services, specifically Rick D'Alessandro provide a quote in May 09. I had to file with the MA small claims court to get my deposit back as I couldn't get him to return to do the work over 8 MONTHS. June 09 A+ came for the 1st part of the job; removal of HVAC duct work in my loft. The experience was TERRIBLE: it was disorganized & was run ike the Keystone Cops. Over 8 months he canceled on short notice 3 times. I finally had to file in court to get money back as well as some additionsl costs I incurred. DO NOT USE HIM

This was the worst experience my husband and I have ever. They are not done. and keep telling us the windows are not in, these are standard Anderson windows, they left debris in the yard ...and finally picked up a week ago...keep asking for money for various things they find and have left us in a mess. They have done nothing they promised...and keep asking the same questions and won't deliver anything we asked for from beginning. The windows are smaller than original and in one side window where we asked to order a window, he harrassed us enough to agree to a piece of plexy glass. If they ever finish which I doubt...its going to be aweful

Richard D'Allesandro contacted me immediately after I received his referal from Servicemagic! I was leaving town until Saturday, and he called then to come y on Sunday! He looked at the project, gave me a good price and could do the work right away. He was knowledgeable, honest and direct. I would recommend using them again.

Richard D'Alessandro came to our property to make quote. Then he called and said our Heat system is broken soon and our roof has a lot of leakage. I agreed to let him fix the problem of the heat and quick fix for the roof. After fixing the heat he met me and request to be pay for $775 and said he will fix the roof for $1000. I signed a check of $1800 to his name. I called my tenant later and found out he only spray some oil in the motor of the heat.....Gosh..he charge me $775 for it. More than 10 days later he didn't fix my roof so I request he return my $1000. It took him 4 weeks to return my money.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were not happy, but please be advised that several parts were changed on the heat. Your tenant may have thought it was only oiled as Richard bought a can of oil to loosen up some parts. I have also talked with Richard about the check and the issue was with a sub for the roof and we will no longer be using that sup. Once aging I am sorry
