the tech did a good job but the cost was way to much! also only cleaned up a little.

Initial install was not done very well. Lots of debris left on work site and under home. Electrically, unit was not hooked up properly. Mechanically, duct work wasn't hooked up at all. No cowling has been installed, now 3 weeks later. HOWEVER, service personnel that have been dispatched since have the electrics all working as it should and the mechanical issues (duct work) straightened out. SO, initial install, bad. Service since, GREAT.

Tim replaced old shower equipment with new Mohn units. This required a rebuild. He also reset my toilet. PERFECT! Tim is knowledgeable, friendly, answers questions and lets the owner know what he is doing and why. I would hire him and other ARS personnel again.

Tech was very knowledgeable ,professional, & efficient. Got right to the problem in a timely manner, and worked through adverse weather conditions & solve my blockage problem at a very reasonable cost ! I would definitely hire again & highly recommend this company !

The company has too much work, and not enough techs, they work too many jobs, therefore the jobs are not done properly, causing a few callbacks after to get it working properly ! Plus when the tech is working on your job, his phone is constantly ringing from other techs or dispatch !! delaying your job.

ARS charged me twice the price to clear a drain about 20 feet down, according to their rep. I called other companies and got quotes from them after ARS left. I left 6 messages for various people at the company, including a manager and no one has returned my phone call to adjust the price. Don't recommend
