I booked a service back in April or May. After speaking with 2 ladies from the company on follow up calls (the 2nd was the owner), I was told I'd have a consultation followed directly by service on the appointed day. The ladies I spoke with were lovely but in the end, I spent the $170 for a walk-thru/consultation and NO organizing service. What I wanted, needed and expected was actual service. After the consultation, I was told no one was available to organize that day despite my 4hr window appt request for service (consult was around 90min). I'm a law student w/ a tough schedule, I'm already overwhelmed. It was a bummer and I'm still in the same position 7 months later. I don't feel that the expectation was adequately set or my needs properly met. Definitely disappointing... Can't recommend.

There was clearly a miscommunication about what you wanted, so you were booked for a 2-hour idea session, not a 4 hour one on one service. Rebecka came right on time. She was helpful as I'm disabled, so she did above and beyond with me. She also took the donation items to the donation of my choice and is going to bring me the receipt to use for my taxes.

I worked with Brianna and she was so kind but firm in helping me make decisions. I was overwhelmed and about to give up until I worked with her. We worked in my bedroom and my home office and they used to be the worst rooms in my house. I dreaded going in there. Now I love getting work done in my office and I wake up in my bedroom with a smile because it's so much more peaceful. If you're overwhelmed and lost like I was I highly recommend this company. Everyone from the person who scheduled my session to the owner and the organizer were professional, kind and never made me feel judged. Thank you!

Great customer service. The lady that came was a sweetheart however didn't get as much as we thought. Contacted the Manager and she was awesome. She is going to give her more training. And she, herself is coming on the 12th,at no extra charge and will get us taken care of. Awesome company. Best customer service ever. I recommend them highly, they take it very seriously. It's a live person and that is very welcomed.

Rosemary was my first contact by phone. She talked me through the process so easily that I couldn't wait to get started. Tricia came the first 4 hours and was so easy to work with and sooooo fast. She cleared off all surfaces in LR . I had not seen my DR table in 2 years and it was cleared. Tricia set up a new filing system for me. I was astonished and overjoyed at how much we accomplished. I ran the shredder. The second visit by Tricia was just as wonderful. She loaded many bags of clothing to be passed and I tossed some, too. My next visit from Tricia will be in the house. Eventually she will do my double garage. YAHOO !!! I never would have accomplished anything without A SPACE THAT WORKS. The clutter is almost gone!!!!
