Only complaint is that the crew was two and a half hours late from the originally scheduled time because of a delay from an earlier appointment. They kept me informed of their progress, and once they got there, it was great, but it blew my whole work day.
Response by A+ StarZ Services: We deeply apologize for your work day being blown we are in a field of customer service as well making sure EACH home receives an A+ touch. The previous appointment wasn't complety clear on the condition of the home when booking appointment and instead of the team doing a half job they was completely honest and did the job correctly instead of cutting corners. We train each employee with the understanding of a paying consumer as well putting themselves in their shoes as if it was them paying for the service how would they like the job to be? Time after time we are put in the position when the client is not sure when scheduling an appointment so it's really up to each cleaning service to do a absolutely great job and making sure the clients get what they pay for. Unfortunately because that team couldn't make it out the two owners came out to service your home. We hope that made up for any concerns prior to arrival.

They did a good job. I felt though that they were trying to up-sale me on things that I did not need. They did expect a tip - I never previously paid carpet cleaners a tip!

We always educate our clients prior to and upon arrival in reference to the carpet care you need based on our questionnaire which allows us to provide all solutions offered so we can decide what would be the best carpet cleaning method to use on a case by case basis. Upon arrival you advised us that your Puppy had a few accidents as you began to show us the soiled areas plus a little surprise left in the back bedroom. We then proceeded to mention to you that your carpet would benefit from the pet package because it prevents them from marking the same areas. It's our job as professionals not to upsale but as concerned business owners wanting the very best for our clients we have to educate and create a healthy environment for you all and your families. We provided the best solution after assessing the matter at hand which were methods you definitely needed. Also we have high attention to detail and one of our concerns were that if you had a current maid service they weren't keeping up your home as they should be. We are in the business of quality and customer service and we perform quality checks daily. We feel that everyone who spends there hard working money should get the quality they deserve even if it's not with A+ StarZ Cleaning. All companies and professional service providers should be held accountable. That also was not an upsale but us putting ourselves in the consumers shoes which is our daily job as business owners. We also train our employees not to expect a tip. We as the owners performed your service and we didn't ask for a tip however we figure we would educate you and advise that the Square Credit Card reader has implemented a tip page after you swipe your payment before the signature pad. There is no pressure to provide anything besides the cost of your service it is a personal decision. We hope this clears up any confusion or misunderstanding. We communicate very well and there are never any issues too big or small that we won't take the time out to address. Thank you again for choosing A+ StarZ Cleaning.
