I got voice mail reminders about the appointment and then a call when he was on his way. I liked the one hour arrival window. He fixed the problem, fixed another problem that I didn't know about, pointed out a problem that was not addressed and gave me a heads up on required maintenance that I will do myself. My only negative was that it was really, really expensive for the hour and a half he was in my home.

I explained the job to the dispatcher and was happy to pay the service call fee thinking I'd be able to get the job done that day. For $99 I got an estimate and was told I would have to reschedule because the electrician had 3 more calls today. I?ve used other electricians and never had this problem. Waste of money.

Had an electrical fire when the power surged back after a power outage. My surge protector caught fire. Fire department came checked out everything and then said call an electrician. Checked with home advisor and called A-temp. They came out in less than two hours and got everything working. Beat company ever!

Repairman was great! Very efficient, personable, informative. Was frustrated by company dispatcher - was first called (and woken up) to tell me the repairman would be coming an hour early, only to have him arrive nearly 3 hours later. I believe this was NOT the repairman fault. Was not notified by dispatch that he would be coming later, which threw off the rest of my schedule for the day. While work was done quickly and very well, the base charge was significantly higher than I had been led to expect when initial contact was made.

The electrical work was not professional, he did not replace the boxes, he over charged, costing me $400.00 an hour for 21/2 hours, costing me $893.00-I would never recommend them to anyone.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
