Everything about my experience with Teresa exceeded my expectations. My call to At Home Custom Interiors turned out to be the most positive and impactful decision I made during our renovation project. My initial contact with Teresa was a basic call for help. I had gotten ahead of myself on some colors/layout and needed better direction. She responded to me within a day and after my first conversation I knew that she was going to be helpful and most importantly realistic. She took the time to listen and consider all areas that I wanted to address and focus on. This included my looks and ideas, my budget, and where I wanted to get. I genuinely felt heard while speaking with her. Not only did she respect every aspect that I mentioned, she genuinely took an interest in my project and supported me in many ways. We started seeing results after our initial consultation. I wouldn't even call it a consultation. It was a full on walk through in which she freely shared her ideas and her incredible knowledge in all things home decor, layout, and design. We were shocked and pleasantly surprised with how open she was during the first meeting. After that it all fell into place. Teresa moved quickly to help us 'triage' what we had to get done and made sure we prioritized where our budge went and what could go on the back burner. Every connection she had was outstanding. I LOVE our shades and was thankful for her patience as we worked them into our budget. The contractor she uses is amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and quick. Later on as I was sweating what to do about counters she was at my side guiding me through the process. What was most impressive here was she knew my style and what my direction was. She used that to guide me towards a solution that checked every box I had. It didn't stop there, her creativity and experience shined in this area. Teresa brought up something that added so much function to what would have been otherwise wasted. She showed incredible creativity here and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Teresa had a contact for everything. These weren't fly by nights either. Each one was a professional and of high quality. Not only that but they all answered their phones. Which says a lot! Her communication is incredible. The amount of time she spent and continues to spend with us is incredible. If I see something in a store or online and snap a picture she always responds with her input. She is so friendly and honest. I feel so fortunate that we stumbled across At Home Custom Interiors. She single handedly pulled us out of a horrid spot after a bad experience with a contractor. We will forever be grateful for her guidance and support. If you know what you want, or you don't know what you want, a call to Teresa will NOT be a waste of your time. You can expect honesty, respect, and reality.

Teresa is very creative and has great taste. I had her do a gut kitchen renovation and pretty much let her pick the floor tile, backsplash tile, and I went along with her sink suggestion and her cabinet color combination suggestion. I am very happy with all of those. She needs to find subcontractors who are up to her level of excellency. Some of them were very sloppy. Having said that, Teresa was fun to work with and very knowledgeable. She contacted me very quickly after I emailed her initially. She kept me up to date as the project progressed so I knew what was to happen every day. A bonus is that her husband works with her and he often came by at the end of the day to check on work status and tidy things up. He was very responsive to my requests for better clean up on the part of the workers.

Teresa and the entire At Home team were fantastic. From the initial planning and selections through to the final work product and materials, my husband and I were blown away with how easy it was to get results well beyond our expectations. The quality of the design and craftsmanship is excellent. Things got done on time and we were able to trust Teresa with our home as some of the work was completed while we were traveling. We will definitely be using Teresa and the At Home team again and high recommend them!

Everyone was friendly, professional and readily available to answer questions, discuss design process. All craftspersons were on time and respectful of our home. Our project was completed on time. Very satisfied with the quality of all the work and responsiveness of the team. We are very happy with our kitchen and family room remodel. Theresa has been amazing to work with! From the very beginning of just meeting her and how personable she was and easy going. She was so nice to talk to and sharing project ideas with! She and her husband , which just another perk of the dynamic of team work and projects to be had .. it was just all around a great experience.. we have been in our house for 10 years, all originalâ ¦ and it has never looked better ! I contacted At Home Custom Interiors upon discovering water damage to my living room area and finished basement resulting from a pipe leak from under my kitchen sink. The water damage caused my basement celing to collapse. They were a wonderful company to work with replacing my basement sheet rock ceiling, 12 retrofit LED high hat lights in the basement, as we.l as apinting the walls celing and trim. They also picked the replacement carpeting in the basement. I am very happy with the services provided. The work was always performed on time and I would recommend At Home Custom Interiors for any home improvement project. . .

Teresa just "got" us. Helped narrow down selections so we could find just the right items for our home. She gave cost effective solutions for updating our foyer and the window treatments that added the perfect finishing touches to our home. The attention to detail made us feel she cared about the project as much as we did. Would definitely recommend.
