I needed a garage door opener installed. This company was recommended to me and it was obvious from start to finish why! From the moment my installer arrived I knew I was in good hands! Buford, was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and fast! That is hard to find anymore and it was truly refreshing. The opener was installed before I knew it! I will have no problem recommending Buford to my neighbors. Our neighborhood is brand new so I'm sure he will become a familiar face around here!

So we had to do this because one of the two doors was falling apart and our HOA would require it to stay looking nice. Neither door had been usable in a while. Due to Covid19, we were strapped for funds after one of us being laid off. Taylor was so wonderful through the quoting process. We had so many questions because we needed to save every penny. But we did not want to sacrifice quality or good service. Taylor was easily accessible for all of our questions as well as the office people. He was very thorough and clear about each and every function of the equipment we would receive, down to the quality of the parts. And he explained differences in the items so we would know what we were getting or not getting for comparison. We got 4 quotes.3 through HomeAdvisor and 1 on our own. We chose AOD and they sent Francisco to do the installation. He was super nice and easy to work with. The job was done expertly and timely and the end result was amazing! They took away the old hardware and did not leave a mess. Aaron had the best price for the hardware we chose and we were extremely happy with the entire process from the first phone call to the last which includes Tisha at the office! They responded promptly and performed the repair. But charged me too much. $375 for 30 min of work installing a $15 part
