John from Above All was courteous. He gave an honest, knowledgeable assessment of the problem. He was prompt with responding.

Called back within 5 minutes, knew exactly what I needed to repair my older drier, explained how to find the serial # to order the required part (and save on the diagnostic charge), arrived precisely on time, and finished the repair quickly and neatly. I am recommending John to everyone!

John is amazing!! He was quick to call me back when I left him a message about my washing machine no longer working. He was prompt and polite and very knowledgeable. My washer/dryer is older and I was glad he was able to fix them for a very affordable price vs having to replace. Very happy to have found him and highly recommend.

John was the first to reply to my request. I spoke with him on Monday, he came out on Tuesday afternoon and fixed the dryer. I had given him the model number of the dryer so he knew in advance what part(s) he might need. He had them on the truck and was able to fix the dryer within an hour. John was polite, courteous, friendly and very competent. I would, and have recommended him to anyone who needs a repair person.

Prompt response to our call for a gas dryer repair. Spoke at 5 on a Tuesday, work was done by 1:30 Wednesday. Reasonable price, John arrived wearing a mask, was a gentleman, polite, kind and clearly competent. Would highly recommend.

They did good work, customer service, and I highly recommend.

I set up an appointment with John to come and repair my fridge. When he first came out to assess the situation, he wrote down the model # wrong and said he could not find the part. When I did my search it was clear he wrote down a 5 when it should have been an S. I was able to find the part easily and spent extra money to have it shipped quickly as he and I agreed on an appt time for Monday, 5/27. I text him the night before, on Sunday 5/26 and asked him what time he would be coming out the next day. He replied to me on Monday at 7:05 AM *I will let you know.* At 11:05 I text again and ask if he has any eta. He replies at 12:02 pm that he will be there between 11-1. ok... I wait..... At 2:49 I text and ask if he is on his way as he is VERY late and we are waiting. NO replies after that. I call..... my husband calls and leaves messages...NOTHING....no response. He just called me, on Tuesday at 9:45 am and said when we set the appt the week before he did not know it was a holiday and clearly I should have known he does not work on holidays. REALLY?? So, instead of calling back and telling me he is not coming bc he does not know what day is a holiday and which is not he ignores a customer who is waiting. Do yourself a favor and use another place, maybe one that has a clue and some decency... They are a dime a dozen.

Came over promptly and took the washing machine apart, assessed the problem as not worth repairing and recommended replacing it as it was 21 years old. Only charged us a small fee. Nice honest guy.

John was able to come diagnose the issue with my stove quickly and was able to come back a few days later with the parts.
