Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces
Diligent work and high quality.. job took slightly longer than initially planned but that was largely due to the fact that Mr. Turnbull took the time to finish the job correctly. Would highly recommend to others.

Project: Install or Replace Blinds or Shades
The company president, Rustin Turnbull, displayed the worst customer service I had ever received. He texted me 2 hours before the job asking me if i had a ladder for the job since he did not. He arrived 45 minutes late. He was very rude. He left about 15 minutes into the job and left his assistant there to do the work. His assistant was very nice. The assistant noticed one of my blinds that got shipped was bent and could not be installed at that time, I needed to have it replaced. When Rustin came back he said "We have a problem". I ask what is the problem. He told me that since the one blind was bent he would have to charge me for a second trip out to my house to put in the replacement blind I was going to receive. First i told him that this is ridiculous, because all he had to do was 5 minutes worth of work. Prior to the job he asked me how many mounts and that he charges $10 per hole he has to drill. So we agreed on a price per hole, now he wanted to charge me for another job. I asked him for a price and he would not give me one. He said he had to think about it. When i mentioned he original told me he was charging me per hole and it would be the same price we originally agreed upon, he started to get angry. then when i asked again for a price he told me he was leaving, walking off the job. So him and his assistant left. Walked out. How unprofessional this man was. I would never hire this company again let alone recommend them for anyone else.
Response by Absolute Prudential Construction: We are highly ranked in customers' satisfaction. "THE CUSTOMER IS KING." We do whatever we can to attract and maintain a positive customers' base, but there comes a time in every business venture you'll encounter an unreasonable and inconsiderate customer. All parties in a business transaction must be practical, reasonable and considerate in order to achieve a positive great experience; otherwise, conflict will develop, and all good natured intentions will fail. " THE CUSTOMER IS KING." So, is the customer always wright? Here is a narrative: Initially charge customer $280.00, but customer could only afford $240.00, so we agreed. Then few days later, customer indicated that we have to remove the existing blinds before we install the new ones, a value of $40.00 which we agreed at no extra charge. The total savings to this customer at this point is $80.00, and when we arrived at customer location, customer had received a damaged blind from his blind company in which his blind company is independent from us and not affiliated in any way with us. We indicated to the customer that there is a trip charge to come back out to install the blind when he receive it, and he thought in his own words that it was ridiculous. We had removed all the existing blinds and install one new one, but customer didn't want to bargain for an additional trip charge. The cost of installing the blind was already incorporated in the price with the other blinds, so only the trip expense charge was an issue, and customer disagreed. Customer already saved $80.00, and a trip back there for free was not going to happen. We regret unfortunately the way this turned out, but we can only go so far to help a customer. We are always willing to go WAY OUT ON THE LIMBS to help a customer, but this was way too much.

Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
[Exceptional! I was impressed with the craftsmanship and the quality of work. It surpassed my expectations and reminded me how important quality coupled with patience results in exceeding customer expectations. I am a very busy professional and often do not have time to address minor details with respect to construction. Rusten took the necessary time to discuss design options that fit within my budget and time constraint. I highly recommend Rusten for the work he performed on my bathroom renovation and his professionalism, pride and craftsmanship.]
