I could not have found a more professional and nice person to hire. Hector restretched four bedrooms carpet. He trimmed the excess carpet, power stretched, replaced tack strip, moved furniture, and cleaned up each work area making the rooms look new! Hector is very hard working and trust worthy high quality individual. I was thrilled with the job he did in my home and would hire him again, I highly recommend him.

Hector was the only provider who gave me an in person estimate; the others I received were "over the phone." His estimate was fluid, and I did not get it in writing. We discussed why it kept changing before he actually did the work. He was replacing some carpet padding, and repairing a seam that was raveled and in very bad shape in Berber carpet. He said Berber carpet is difficult to work with. I don't know. He was late getting to my house, but called to explain. He spent the whole time at my house working, not taking breaks or talking on his phone or otherwise distracted. The project took longer than I thought it would, and I suspect, longer than he thought it would. When he was done, he had replaced the carpet padding and fixed the seam so it was almost not noticeable. The seam he fixed was better than the seams when the carpet was originally installed. Hector is a true artisan, a master who takes obviously pride in his work. His price was higher than the "phone estimates" (how do you do phone estimates?), but in this case, you get what you pay for, and I got a wonderfully repaired carpet.

Hector is a very nice person and a hard worker. I’m glad to have met him and appreciate his services, but am not quite able to afford his price level. I would, however, recommend his work because he is very professional and knowledgeable in cleaning and deodorizing the carpets.
