Called because my a/c handler was leaking. (Unit under 2 years old. Unit purchased from a/c contractors. Action air only does a/c repair and nothing else. He came out, installed caps he said they were missing and that this caused the problem. Didn’t fix the problem. When I called him back, he came out and replaced the p trap. He told us that this should fix the problem. When the unit continued leaking, we called him out again. He looked at it and then went to his truck got the money we gave him and handed it to us. Essentially saying, I wash my hands of you and this job. Yes it was nice of him to hand our money back, but the job was never completed. When you call a professional to do a job you expect it to be completed and no longer have to deal with the issue any longer.

Was able to come the same day I called. Ironically, my air conditioner had started working & an intermittant problem can be very difficult to diagnose, but he persisted until he found a switch which was sticking. The charge to repair was very reasonable.

Arrived within two hours of call. Repaired air conditioning unit in less than an hour. Gave important information on the mandate for refrigerant changes which will require the purchase of a new unit. Now I can budget for a new air conditioner and not be blindsided when that day arrives! Good service. Good price. Thank you.
