Replaced our old 30 year old septic system and drain field. Took care of soil testing, permitting and arrived on time to knock out this very big project. The owner, Gary, was always available for questions and concerns.

Did a good job with cleaning the tank, as well as demonstrating photographic proof of tank being clean and functioning.

Gary, the owner, called me immediately after requesting a quote from HomeAdvisor and service was performed on two homes the same day. Ken, who performed the service, explained everything and was great to work with. I will call them next time I need septic service!

Just the facts, they gave me a window of 10 to 12 and arrived at 4:15 PM. After several attempts at trying to find our septic tank (digging in the yard), they told my husband they would have to come back the next day so my husband started searching and found the tank himself. They parked the truck in our driveway and left several large oil stains on our driveway which was recently pressure washed.

Septic professionals seem well-schooled in the art of up-selling, and these guys are no exception. The job was supposed to be $349 (pump out) + $150 (cert. letter) = $499. It's for a vacant house I'm selling. I was told I needed a new outlet baffel, outlet-T and tailpipe... I don't know for sure, because I was 100 miles way at the time. They didn't text me photos of the damaged items, and I didn't think to ask (lesson learned). They "just happened" to have everything on the truck, so I agreed to their price. A couple hours later they texted me photos of the finished job. People... the tank lid was only about 2' under the sod, and I have some simple 4" PVC pipe and a couple fittings! Materials probably cost $30 tops, but with all the jet cleaning of this, and pumping dry of that... the total bill was $2800! Good gosh... with the pumper truck they have, this job seems way too easy to cost $2800! I sure feel "taken".

They were a great team that came out to do the job and were spot on when it came to finding the tank. They left the yard in great condition and they were very pleasant and informative. Highly recommend them.
