I don't have anything to compare it to so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but the fact that you don't see the inside of the ducts, nor have any evidence on how much stuff comes out of the vents when they are being brushed makes my confidence in this process less than expected.

Jimmy came out immediately to replace the fan in my HVAC system. Was finished in a couple of hours, very knowledgeable of his trade, and easy to communicate with. Great experience and I would recommend Active A/C to anyone needing HVAC services.

Mr. Mathis and his son were prompt, concerned, knowledgeable and had the best bid. I have already recommended them to a friend who also hired them to install a new HVAC system. The Mathis way of doing business is an example of "good old" business ethics, and I very much appreciate it.
