Had technician flush hot water heater and check water pressure; told it was 190 and dangerous, needing a $600 repair. Pressure was 65 two weeks earlier so re checked the next day several times and the following day as well; all readings were 85, leading to question true for repair or whether it was a temporary increase due to flushing hot water heater ; and should the tech have known this if so

Mike Vandenbrook was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was great, he showed up on time and made sure he had all of the specific parts needed for my specific water heater. I was assured that I would have hot water by the end of the day and I did. He even stayed to make sure to test it and make sure it all worked. A great and easy experience and I will continue to recommend to others.

Diagnosed and repaired broken pipes underground. Pleasant and professional at all times. Did the work efficiently and kept us informed. Also, although expensive, the bill was half what another company had estimated.

I'm giving these guys a 3 because the steam shower is working just fine so far, and because someone, I'm assuming the owner, actually contacted me and finished the job before I went a way for holiday. BUT a job that was estimated at 4-5 days turned into a three week nightmare. The workers were very nice, that was not the problem. The problem was the destruction of my walls, ceiling, and closet. The destruction was NOT explained to me and was DEFINITELY extremely messy. The project manager was basically missing in action and it was not until I REPEATEDLY complained that I got a call from the owner. I was told I would get a break on the price for my troubles. They gave me a $250 discount. THEY did NOT paint my walls. I had to do that myself and the project manager ACTUALLY told me that the $250 was for the trouble of having to PAINT myself. Forget the fact that I did NOT have a bathroom for 3 weeks and the destruction was so bad I could NOT sleep in my bedroom for those 3 weeks either! The work cost me just over $6000! I should NOT have to paint my own walls! I would really think twice before using these guys. I definitely won't. HIGHLY disappointed.

Very friendly and professional. The job proved more difficult than originally expected, but they completed the job and didn't charge more than what was estimated. I am very satisfied with the work and will definitely call them again.

That customer service is great and was so helpful to talk to someone when problems happen.I would use them again and they did help when problems happened. My only problem was the time,I was told 5 to 7 days and it took 3 weeks.There were problems like rain and pipes breaking that could not be helped, but the inspector said no plans were drawn and the pipes were to big for are city code.Which had to be changed out for 2 - 4 inch pipes, and then it passed.They did the work again and did not charge us for the mistake, but those 2 extra weeks messed up the other projects. So happy with all just ask to see the plans and permits before work starts
