Extremely professional and courteous. The work is great and they were caring and a pleasure to work with. Tim Baker is an excellent project manager and support. Stephanie, Jessie, Dimitri and Andy have great skills. John and Dale, the owners, made me feel welcome and supported from day 1. Everyone I worked with had a wonderful personality. My new bathroom looks amazing.

Over a 7 week period, Tim and his team updated our new home by completely renovating the bathroom (including adding a soaking tub), removing old carpet and adding hardwood flooring in several rooms, installing can lights and ceiling fans, painting the entire house, and updating some wiring and sound systems. They even added a new door to improve traffic flow! Throughout what could have been a stressful time, Tim calmly worked with us to implement our change orders along the way. Since we were moving from out of state, we especially appreciated Tims calm demeanor and *can do* approach. Thank you!

We really enjoyed working with Stephen, Henry, and the rest of the team. Our project had a few small issues but that was mostly unrelated to the contractors. Our bathroom looks fantastic and is such an improvement! The staff we dealt with were polite and professional. My only criticism is that communication was hit or miss (they were very good about communicating some things and other times we felt we were a little in the dark). Overall though, we are very happy. We would hire them again!

Dean & his team did a great job. There were only a couple of hiccups that were resolved quickly! I was kept in the loop of all things as the project progressed. Dean s crew of workers were exceptionally nice & professional! My new kitchen looks absolutely beautiful, clean & modern.

Room Addition 19.5ft x 7.1ft Work Quality: This project had a lot of do overs by the contractor due to poor communications or poor workmanship. Customer Service: This project had good/fair customer service. Value for the Money: I paid them an additional $2000 in change orders. $1000 of which was for a structural Engineer (normal for this area is $503) for foundation drawings couple days after I signed the contract. Also another $700 for foundation work that the structural engineer specified. I felt these addition charges should have been the in the original contract estimate because Adrian knew foundation work was a known factor before this project started. This contractor does not believe in providing detailed concept drawings (not to be confused with Engineering Mechanical Drawings) to the customer that would be posted in the work area for the workers and subcontractors to see. Adrian kept referring that I was asking for Mechanical Drawings costing $4000, which is not correct. The drawing discussions became adversarial, so I stopped bringing the subject up. BTW Adrian uses subcontractors. Their webpage says they do not use subcontractors.... trust me they do. I had to twist their arm to get a single concept drawing depicting the wood deck appearance after they finished the room addition. Finally the site supervisor pen & Inked the wood deck appearance on the concept drawing which became part of the contract. If you are not skilled in detailing construction contracts you may want to pass on this contractor. This contractor provided me with a construction contract that stated basic deliverable items needed to get the room addition done from their point of view. I had to add the detail narrative to the contract. I remember the old phrase "the devil is in the details". If you do not detail what you want delivered in their contract (color, type material, shape, size, location, how many, wood molding color, etc.), then you will hear this contractor say "... that is not in the contract", and they will be more than happy to provide you with a change order that will add costs to the original contract estimate that was agreed upon. The workmanship of the new addition gutter downspouts merged into my existing downspouts was absolutely terrible. Why was it terrible.... the guttering narrative in the contract was lacking detail. After the project was over, I hired Gutter Brothers to resolve the gutter issue and they provided a product that had a nice appearance it was very functional. One thing Adrian did right by me was they poured a 5" wide and 12ft long strip of cement that was in between the patio slab and the new addition footing cinder blocks, while they were pouring the new foundation for the new room addition. They did not charge me additional. Throughout the project development the Adrian supervisor never let me forget about that freebee, regardless of how many times I thanked
Response by Adrian Builders Group, LLC: Hello, First off, Our sincere apologies that our service did not satisfy your expectations. Construction is alot like raising teenagers! We start out with a vision of how things should end up but occasionally run into challenges we never could have seen. However, we face those unforeseen obstacles with a new plan, sometimes a new direction. If we make mistakes we definitely will do a "do-over." As far as using Sub Contractors, Adrian Builders absolutely finds the best in the industry to work in your home. This was a huge concern for the homeowner who was invited to a meeting with one of the owners and Supervisors to discuss just that . We explained to the homeowner the whys and the benefits of using Sub Contractors. The Homeowner was well informed before the project started of our policies. Please check out our website... According to all "sign off sheets" and discrepancy forms the homeowner made comments like "Nice Job" "Well done". We set a high standard for our company and take pride in our work. Your happiness is truly our number one priority.

lack of on site supervision and over site. Poor logistics and planning resulting in material delays and missed worked days. seemed like first bathroom remodel they had ever done. The 3 workers were very pleasant and professional. Estimator stated a 2 to 3 week time , contract was for a 6 week period and we are in week 8 and still not complete.

I recently had my 13 x 18 bathroom remodeled by the folks at Adrian. The project involved removing a 4x7 whirlpool tub, replacing with a tiled walk-in shower, removing a two person shower stall and removing and re-tiling the entire floor. I am MORE than pleased with the GREAT job they did ! A detailed project plan and pricing was provided. Clean-up was completed at the end of each day and entry, stairs and bedroom were covered/protected during the entire project. The project supervisor, Todd, kept me informed every day of progress and what to expect the next day. I would definitely engage them again for any future home improvement projects.

A couldn't be more pleased with the job performed by Todd Pesich and his crew. The work was exceptional. Every step of the way Todd kept me informed of the work to be done. Clean up was beyond what I expected. WOW! Extremely competent! Recommend without reservation! I will definitely contact Adrian Builders for my next project, the guest bathroom.
