We have been using Advantage LLC for cleaning and maintenance of our tile roof since the spring of 2019. We had a major project at that time and needed a roof inspection and thorough cleaning with moss removal. We did our due diligence and obtained 5 bids from Angie's List. I looked into the history and reviews on each of the contractors. Ion, from Advantage, prepared the most complete, comprehensive and competitive bid. His price has always been fair. Several of the contractors were going to do a deep pressure wash to clean the tiles. Advantage used a brush scrub to clean and protect the roof. Ion took pictures of each area that needed repair and took the time to explain the best course of action. That did it for us. The roof came out just as he promised and we have used him to clean our gutters and our roof ever since. We have him clean it once a year and treat the moss as needed. Considering the cost of a roof replacement these days a good maintenance program is essential. I have found Ion Calcavura to be reliable, careful, and considerate. He does a complete job including the clean up after he is finished. As long as we live here and as long as Advantage will do it he will be taking care of our roof. He is full five star contractor. I had my roof cleaned and moss removed by this company. Ion was very professional and did a great job. He did it by hand and cleaned my gutters and yard afterwards. He was on time for the estimate and job. He cleaned 3 buildings on my property and was very reasonable. I will hire him back in the future. It started to rain after he started the job but he continued on and hauled away the moss. I was very impressed.

Ion is a very professional and competent professional. I was nervous to have my very old tile roof cleaned as it needs to be replaced but I do not have it in my budget. In addition it has skylights which are 34 years old. He did a fabulous job! So clean and efficient. When I had a few questions he answered them in person with full explanation! He is a terrific businessman and I would use him for any project he tells me he can do. He is A1 and I am 100% satisfied!
