Great job. Have to come back and finish replacement top but not their fault. Top had to be made to fit chimney. Very respecful of home and property. Wonderful people. Will certainly call this fall for check of chimney.

I received a phone call immediately after submitting my request. Affordable Chimney Sweeps made an appointment and were on time so I did not have to wait for them. Being somewhat a handy man myself, I normally am a DIY and was planning on doing the work myself but did not have time nor all the proper parts that I needed. I had already did the research on what work I needed done. I did not tell Affordable Chimney Sweeps about all the damage that I had already noticed or about the research that I had done. So after they inspected and cleaned my chimney they told me what I already knew. The work was done in a timely fashion and I am pleased.

They had a good attitude. My repair was very expensive. However, I am still hearing water dripping in the chimney when it rains and have called them several times over the past year . I am about to ask for a partial refund and have someone else fix the problem.
