He came next day, fixed the issue and found a broken sewer pipe. We are still closing on the house so it was good to find this issue before hand.

Called late on a Tuesday afternoon with an emergency when the shutoff valve on the water line to our toilet failed. We called through a third party service but talked to Julio, who got one of his crew out a few hours later. Julio kept us informed when the guy would arrive, who then fixed the problem less than 15 minutes and replaced it with a better overall valve.
